Basic IT skills are needed, and while previous experience is a bonus, it’s definitely not a deal‑breaker.

And yes… the ability to drive is required as you could find yourself at the other end of the country supporting our amazing clients.

What will my day look like?

Your core role will be supporting our fantastic clients from the heart of our support desk,  think of it as mission control, where problems get solved, questions get answered, and customers walk away feeling genuinely cared for. You’ll be the person they rely on, the reassuring voice on the other end of the line, and the one who turns tech hiccups into smooth sailing.

But here’s where things get exciting: your job won’t just live at the desk. We’ve always got a variety of projects happening at any given moment, and you’ll get the chance to jump in and get hands‑on. 

One day you might be out on-site delivering training that empowers clients to get the best out of their systems. Another day, you could be installing brand‑new hardware, setting up devices, or even getting stuck into some network cabling work.

Every project brings something fresh — new people, new places, new challenges, and new wins to celebrate. It’s the kind of role where you’ll never feel stuck in a routine or boxed into one task.

If your application catches the eye of our hiring team, you’ll be invited to a brief, informal 10-minute call to discuss it in more detail.

Informal Interview
You’ll come to our office for a face-to-face conversation, usually lasting around an hour. You’ll meet a few of the team, get a feel for the environment and talk through how you could contribute. No panels or trick questions - just an open conversation.

We move fast. If it’s a match, you’ll receive an offer within days, then you can get to work supporting our amazing clients!
